Originally from Malaysia, I travelled through Singapore and settled in the UK 21 years ago. I’ve been in the industry more than 25 years and still discovering new things. It’s a very dynamic business and a lot of the time the changes come from outside—like trading agreements or disagreements and tariff changes.

Things don’t stay the same for long and you have to recalibrate everything. We get used to that but clients don’t always know how it affects them so you have to be really honest with them and do your best to achieve the impossible… They love it when you do!
