You never stop learning about human behaviour. I’ve worked in the freight industry for thirty years but I also volunteer for the scout association. I’m not sure which is most challenging, work, parenting or running a scout camp!

But what you do see very clearly is that effective communication and how you build the team around you influence the success you build together.
